Cocktail

  • 2 tbsp. l salt
  • 1 tbsp. l coriander seed

  • 2 lemons, cut into 4 parts
  • 700 gr. large shrimp, peeled from shell and intestinal veins

Physalis and Horseradish Sauce

  • 12 pcs peeled, physalis vegetable washed and cut in half
  • 1 large red onion, coarsely chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 2 jalapenos, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. l rapeseed oil
  • 3 tbsp. l white wine vinegar
  • 2-3 tbsp. l honey
  • 1/4 Art. ready horseradish, drain the liquid
  • 0.5 tbsp. chopped cilantro leaves

Recipe preparation:

  1. Cocktail

    Pour into a medium-sized saucepan 2 liters. cold water. Add salt, coriander, pepper and lemon wedges, first squeezing their juice into pan, and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes. Turn down the fire so that the water boils slowly, add the shrimp and cook for about 4 minutes or until ready. Throw the shrimp in a colander, put them in bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  2. When the prawns have cooled, serve them with the sauce.
  3. Physalis and Horseradish Sauce

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

  4. Put physalis, onion, garlic, and jalapenos in a baking dish, add oil, mix, salt and pepper. Bake in oven until the vegetables are soft but darken, about 15-20 minutes. Transfer to a food processor and chop until smooth consistency. Add vinegar, honey, horseradish, cilantro and mix. Salt and pepper. Put in a bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving table.
