  1. Pour almonds with boiling water for 20 minutes, then peel and cut into petals.
  2. Mix butter with sugar, add flour and hands knead the dough.
  3. Add a little water and knead again. Add essence and mash a little dough.
  4. Cover the baking sheet with paper, roll the balls from the dough and lay out flatten the balls on the paper with a fork, put petals on top almonds and send to the oven (180C) for 20 minutes. Have a nice appetite!
