  1. Cooking puff pastry: mix the flour with 1 tsp. salt, add water, knead the dough.
  2. Mix butter and vegetable oil.
  3. Roll out the dough into a layer, distribute about 1 tbsp. oil mixture over the entire surface of the dough. Add the dough and pinch the edges.
  4. We roll out (or stretch with our hands) the layer again. Again oil, fold, pinch the edges.
