  1. Rinse chicken, dry with paper towels.
  2. Put the fillet, parsley branches, a clove of garlic in a blender, mustard and spices. Grind everything into a homogeneous mass.
  3. Boil quail eggs in boiling water until tender.
  4. Cool the boiled eggs in cold water. We clean.
  5. Beat the chicken egg with salt and pepper.
  6. Pour flour in one saucer, breading in another crackers.
  7. Stuffing is divided into 12 parts – according to the number of eggs.
  8. Flatten a portion of minced meat, wrap an egg in it.
  9. Roll the ball in flour, dip in a beaten egg, roll in breadcrumbs and send in a large amount of boiling oil. Fry about 7 minutes.
