The rustic version is very simple – we will arrange a tasty batch and send to the oven.

Cottage cheese is useful, but not always the kids for whom it represents one of the main sources of calcium, eat it with pleasure. The cooking process does not take much time, and with a hand turn an ordinary product into an unusual and healthy dessert.

The main ingredients:

  • chicken eggs – 4 pcs;
  • sugar – 6 tablespoons;
  • vanilla sugar – 1 tablespoon;
  • granular cottage cheese – 400 g;
  • cream 20-35% – 400 ml;
  • flour – 4 tablespoons;
  • creamy margarine – to taste;
  • lemon – 1 pc.

Cooking method

The eggs are beaten until smooth. Sugar is added to them, vanilla sugar and all this is already whipping until smooth and thick weightless foam. Peel the lemon with a fine grater and added to the foam along with granular cottage cheese, cream and flour. All this is thoroughly mixed.

Ceramic or silicone molds thoroughly lubricated creamy margarine. Do not regret margarine, because on quality lubrication of the walls depends on the final result. Pudding should not somewhere to stick and burn to the wall of the mold. Stirring constantly gently pour the dough into the prepared molds. Not worth it worry about the fact that the workpiece turned out to be liquid. AT the cooking process, it thickens to the required consistency.

Preheat the oven to 1800С, but the pudding itself baked at 1750C for about 45 minutes. Keep track of time and how pudding behaves. Ready for the table dessert served with jam, dried fruits or fresh berries. Strawberry, currant and even raspberry jam with dried cranberries.

Some tips: all pudding products should be fresh and quality. Until completely cooled, the pudding is not removed from the oven, not from the molds, otherwise it will settle and lose its elasticity. The pudding grill can be set just below the middle of the oven, but if the top burns or is taken with a strong crust, then them can be covered with foil.
