- 1/4 Art. chopped strawberries
- 0.5 tbsp. rose wine
- 1/4 Art. no gelatin powder
- Special equipment: fine sieve and 15 silicone rose shaped candy molds

Recipe preparation:
- In a small saucepan, mix sugar and 1/4 tbsp. water and put to medium heat. Stir constantly, not letting the mixture boil, until sugar dissolves, about 1 minute. Transfer to a blender with strawberries and chop until smooth.
- Pour the strawberry puree through a fine sieve back into the pan. Pour the rose wine, then add the gelatin. Bring to the weak boil (do not let the mixture boil too much) and cook, constantly stirring until all the gelatin is dissolved, about 1 minute. If a stirring produces foam, remove and discard. Overfill mix into a small measuring cup.
- Put forms on a baking sheet, slowly fill each strawberry mix just below the top edge. Shake a little molds so that the mixture sank to the bottom. Refrigerate until it will not freeze for about 10 minutes. Store marmalade at room temperature in an airtight container for 5 days.
