Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and cover the baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine olives, pickled vegetables and parsley.
- Roll on a lightly floured work surface the dough into a rectangle measuring 50×35 cm. Next, moving from more on the short side, distribute slices of provolone in half the dough, stepping back from the edge of 2.5 cm.
