Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 6 pcs (approx. 40 gr.) chocolate waffle cookies
  • 560 gr. curd cheese at room temperature
  • 1 and 1/4 Art. Sahara
  • 3 eggs at room temperature
  • Lubricating oil, special spray can be used
  • 1 tbsp. fat cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 50 gr finely chopped dark chocolate (60% cocoa)
  • 2 tbsp. l unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 coarsely chopped vanilla marshmallows
  • 2 tbsp. l chopped salted peanuts

Recipe preparation:

  1. Take a baking dish with high sides, fill it one-third of the water and set at the middle level of the oven. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. 20 cm detachable wrap the baking dish on the outside with aluminum foil. Inside grease the mold.
  2. Thoroughly crush 3 chocolate chip cookies and sprinkle them on the bottom forms, remove excess. Beat curd cheese with a mixer in a large bowl at high speed for 3 minutes until soft air mass. Add sugar, eggs, 3/4 tbsp. cream and vanilla extract. Beat the resulting mixture with a mixer at medium speed until complete dissolution of sugar, if necessary, scrape the mixture from the walls of the bowl. Do not beat the mass for too long, if still happened, mash the resulting lumps with your hands.
  3. Chocolate and the remaining 1/4 Art. put cream in a special utensils and melt in a microwave for about 45 seconds. Mix cocoa powder until smooth. masses.
  4. Divide the batter into 2 equal parts, each approximately 2.5 tbsp. In one part, add the mixture of melted chocolate. Pour about half of the vanilla dough into a mold, then slowly pour half the chocolate dough on top onto the vanilla, giving it independently evenly distributed. Remaining vanilla Pour the dough into the middle of the chocolate. Then pour a second half a chocolate dough.
  5. Gently place the cheesecake in a pan with water and bake from 1 hours 30 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes until the edges of the test are completely ready. The middle should remain slightly liquid. Turn off the oven, open the door and leave the cheesecake in it. for another 30 minutes. Remove the cheesecake from the water bath. Swipe with a knife along the edge of the cake so that it moves away from the mold, let it cool and put in the refrigerator for the night.
  6. Remove the collapsible ring. Crumble 3 remaining chocolate chip cookies and mix it with crumbled marshmallows and peanuts. Garnish with the mixture of the sides of the cake. Tip: so that when cutting the cheesecake did not pester the knife, dip the knife in hot water, and then wipe it dry between each cut.
