- Sprig of mint

Recipe preparation:
- Mix in a small saucepan balsamic vinegar, honey and a sprig of mint. Put the stewpan on the stove and cook the sauce until syrup consistency, approximately 7 min. Then remove the twig mint and cool the sauce a little.
