Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 tbsp. sliced strawberries
  • 2 tbsp. sliced rhubarb
  • 1/2 tbsp. Sahara
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 5 to 10 ml. vanilla extract
  • Yogurt
  • Minced roasted almonds

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix rhubarb, sugar, lemon juice in a small pan and vanilla extract. Put the pan on the stove and cook, until until the rhubarb becomes soft, 5 – 7 minutes. Stir in strawberries and put in a bowl. Put yogurt on top and sprinkle almonds.
