As a filling for quesadillas – one of the most popular dishes tortilla based mexican food, can use, e.g. leftovers from boiled or fried turkey in combination with cheese cheddar, cranberry sauce and green beans. Very simple and hearty snack.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 wheat flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp. l boiled chopped green beans
- 3 tbsp. l chopped turkey
- 2 tbsp. l cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp. l stuffings for stuffing
- 1 tsp chopped jalapeno peppers
- 3 tbsp. l grated cheddar cheese

Recipe preparation:
- Put 2 tortillas on the board. Spread one with cranberry sauce and set aside. Sprinkle with cheese a second tortilla and sprinkle on top stuffing for stuffing. Add the string beans, turkey and jalapenos. Take the first tortilla and put it spread side down on the second tortilla with the filling. Hold it down neatly, but tightly to fasten with a quesadilla.
- Sprinkle a pan with a non-stick cooking spray and put it on medium heat. Place the quesadillas in the pan and fry for about 2 minutes, pressing until it gets light brown tint on the underside, and until the cheese will melt. Turn the quesadilla over and fry it on the other side in for another 2 minutes Put it on a cutting board, cut into four pieces and serve.
