  • 1/3 Art. crumbled Stilton or other blue cheese (approximately 45 gr.)

Recipe preparation:

  1. Dough: In a food processor, mix flour and salt. Add the butter and beat about 10 times until the mixture will become like coarse corn flour with several pea-sized butter. Add the egg and punch another 1-2 times; do not let the dough accumulate around the blade. If the dough looks too dry, add up to 1 tbsp. l cold water, 1 tsp. at a time, then punch a little. Remove the blade and knead the dough by hand. Give it a disk shape, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Stuffing: Cut apples in half and core. Cut each half into 8 slices and shift them into a large a bowl.
