All the ingredients of the pumpkin pie you dreamed about (even crust!), became part of the super-creamy frozen treat, the preparation of which does not require ice cream or stirring.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 piece of shortcrust pastry (base for pie)
- 1 tsp Sahara
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 450 gr pumpkin puree
- 400 gr. condensed milk (about 1 tbsp.)
- A pinch of fine salt
- 2 tbsp. cold cream
- Caramel sauce for decoration

Recipe preparation:
- Rectangular metal shape 22 cm. * 12 cm. * 7.5 cm. put in the freezer to cool.

- Pour half the ice cream into the cooled form and put on top almost the entire crust of the pie (save 1 tbsp.). Cover the rest ice cream. Cover with cling film and freeze in a freezer chamber (from 3 hours to 1 night) until the ice cream congeals, but at the same time it should be easy to type with a spoon. Serve by sprinkling caramel sauce and sprinkled with the remaining crust of the pie. Of pumpkin ice cream you can make an ice cream cake with a layer from cookies and chocolate chips.
