Pumpkin Crumble

Homemade pumpkin puree pie with oatmeal topping cereal.

This is one of the easiest pumpkin pie recipes, even without crusts of dough. Instead, here is the top juicy filling from pumpkins with plain brown sugar and cardamom. This is the best a moment in order to spend time together.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • Two cans (420 gr. Each) with pumpkin puree
  • 110 gr. butter
  • 2 tbsp. cream
  • 1.5 tbsp. Sahara
  • 3 eggs of category CO
  • 2.5 tsp seasonings for pumpkin pie
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp fine salt
  • 1 tbsp. oat flakes oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3/4 Art. premium flour
  • Whipped cream for serving

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Lubricate the bottom and side part of the mold 32 by 22 cm. for baking 1 tbsp. l oils. mix mashed potatoes pumpkin, milk with cream, granulated sugar, eggs, 2 tsp. seasonings for pumpkin, 1/4 tsp cardamom and 1/2 tsp salt in large bowl until smooth.
  2. In another deep bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, flour remaining 1/2 tsp seasonings for pumpkin, 1/4 tsp cardamom and 1/2 tsp salt, fork breaking the resulting pieces of brown Sahara. Melt the remaining 7 tbsp. l oils and add them to the mixture from flour.
  3. Spread the pumpkin evenly at the bottom of the mold. Put on top Hercules dough. Bake until the pumpkin is baked around the edges, and the top layer will turn brown and crispy, about 50 min. Serve pumpkin crumble by cooling to room temperature or slightly warmed with whipped cream on the side.
