For apple sauce:
- 1.5 kg red unpeeled apples
- 1 lemon, cut the peel with 3 wide stripes
- 1 cinnamon stick

Recipe preparation:
- Prepare apple sauce: cut apples by 2.5 cm. cubes, pour into a pan, add the peel and lemon juice, put a cinnamon stick, and cook with the lid on medium heat, approx. 15 – 20 min.
