Pickled Watermelon Berry

For the preparation of pickled watermelon us will need

1 ripe watermelon, but NOT ripe.

For the marinade we need:

1 table spoon with a top of coarse salt

1 table spoon with sand top

1 teaspoon of vinegar essence.

Wash the watermelon, wipe it dry and cut into pieces together with peeled. We put in a sterilized three-liter jar and pour boiling water. Cover with a sterilized lid and let cool for about about 30 minutes.

Drain the water in a saucepan, add salt, sugar and bring to boiling. Pour the boiling watermelon to the brim with a boiling marinade cans and pour in a spoonful of essence. Roll up the jar turn over and wrap up to cool.
