Recipe preparation:

  1. Heat dark chocolate and condensed milk in a double boiler while moderately low until melted chocolate and the mixture will not be homogeneous. The consistency of the mixture will be similar to jelly. Add peppermint extract to taste.
  2. Remove from heat, then cover and cool to complete cooling for at least 2 hours
  3. After cooling, form tea-sized balls from the mixture spoon, then dip them into the icing of melted milk chocolate while using a fork to make excess chocolate stack.
  4. Dye a little sugar for decoration food coloring and sprinkle the top of the truffles.
