Recipe preparation:

  1. Remove the stem from the pears. Cut in half, remove bones. Insert a fruit knife about 1 cm. Inside each pears, then push a flat wooden stick until about the middle of the pear. Put the pears on a baking sheet with parchment.

Melt the white chocolate in the microwave on medium power from 2 to 3 minutes Hold each pear by the stick and dip in melted chocolate; let the excess drain, then lay the pears back to the baking sheet cut down. While coating is still wet, microwave black chocolate in a small bowl, stirring, for about 1 min. Put in polyethylene bag and cut the corner. Draw faces on pears.
