Non-baked peanut butter pie is a delicious dessert that can be prepared for the whole company. Crumbled of crumbled Graham cracker spreads a light cream cheese cream with peanut butter and vanilla whipped cream, all on top poured with melted chocolate and sprinkled with chopped арахисом. - 1/2 tbsp. chocolate granules
- 225 gr. soft cream cheese
- 1/2 tbsp. homogeneous peanut butter
- 1 tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp. fat cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- One 22cm Graham Cracker Cake
- 1/4 Art. coarsely chopped salted peanuts

Recipe preparation:
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk over low heat, milk should be warm. Remove from the heat and pour the chocolate granules, mix until chocolate melts and the mixture becomes homogeneous. Put aside and cool slightly; the mixture should be thick, but maintain fluidity.
- In a large bowl with an electric mixer at high whisk cream cheese with peanut butter and sugar powdery. In a separate bowl, whip the vanilla cream, whisk until the mass will not double in volume to soft peaks.
- Mix a third of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture to make it easier. Add the remaining whipped cream and mix until smooth.
- Spread the mass on the cake. Top with molten water chocolate and sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Put the pie in freezer to freeze for 1 hour.
