Ingredients for the recipe:

Chocolate pancakes

  • 2 tbsp. premium flour
  • 1/4 Art. Sahara
  • 4 tbsp. l good quality cocoa
  • 1/4 tsp fine salt
  • 2 tbsp. whole milk
  • 1/2 tbsp. water
  • 6 large eggs
  • 110 gr. melted butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Berry topping

  • 225 gr. wash strawberries
  • 225 gr. blueberries, wash
  • 1/3 Art. Sahara
  • Orange liquor (optional)

Orange-curd filling

  • 2 tbsp. cheese cheese Fromage Blanc
  • 2 tbsp. mascarpone cheese
  • 1/3 Art. Sahara
  • 2 tbsp. l finely grated orange zest (from 2 large oranges)
  • 1/2 tbsp. freshly squeezed orange juice (from 1 large orange)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe preparation:

  1. Cook the dough. In a food processor or blender mix flour, sugar, cocoa and salt. Add milk, water, eggs, butter and vanilla, mix until smooth. Give stand for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the berries. While the dough is infused, clear of roots of strawberries and cut in half. Stir in a medium bowl with blueberries, sugar and orange liquor (if use). Prepare the filling. Beat two kinds of cheese whisk with sugar, vanilla, orange zest and juice.
  3. Fry the pancakes. Heat over a frying pan with non-stick coating or pancake pan (15 cm.) – a drop of water on its surface should hiss and immediately evaporate. Quickly pour about 2 tbsp. l the dough and roll the pan evenly covering the bottom. Cook for about 30 seconds until the dough has set. Turn the pancake over and fry on the other side until slightly golden colors. Repeat with the remaining dough, folding ready-made pancakes each to a friend.
  4. On the lower edge of each pancake, lay 1 tbsp. l curd cheese toppings, and roll up. Gently fold pancakes on serving plate (You can fry and start pancakes the day before serving – their you need to tightly cover with cling film and put overnight in fridge).
  5. For filing. Preheat the oven to 120 ° C. Cover the pancakes with foil and preheat in the oven for about 10 minutes. Put spoon on pancakes prepared berries and serve.
