White sauce
- 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter
- 2 tbsp. l flour
- 1.5 tbsp. whole milk
- Grated nutmeg to taste
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 or 1/3 Art. fat cream
Unsweetened filling
- 2 tbsp. (230 gr.) Mature cheddar rubbed on a large grater
- 1/2 tbsp. grated parmesan
- 3 tbsp. broccoli inflorescences
- 2 packs (570 gr.) Chopped frozen spinach, defrost and remove excess moisture
- 450 gr chopped boiled pork
- 350 gr finished crab meat slices
- 1 tbsp. l olive oil
- 230 gr. chopped bacon
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 450 gr mushrooms, washed and sliced
Sweet filling
- 2 cans (450 g each) canned seedless cherries
- Zest with 1 orange
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tbsp. l with a hill of corn starch
- 3 tbsp. l warm water
- 90 ml. Amaretto liquor
- 1/3 Art. icing sugar for the filling and a little more for decoration
- 3 tbsp. l (45 gr.) Melted butter

Recipe preparation:
- For pancake dough, combine flour and salt in a bowl, make a notch in the center of the mixture. Pour the eggs, milk and brandy into deepen and beat until smooth. Stir in the melted butter. Cover the dough and set aside for 25 minutes.
- For white sauce, heat butter and flour for 2 minutes on moderate heat in a preheated medium saucepan size. Pour in milk, stirring quickly. - Make savory fillings, put the cheeses in small bowls with serving spoons. Boil broccoli inflorescences on slow fire or in a microwave in 1 tbsp. water in 3 minutes on high power. Drain and lay broccoli in a bowl. Defrost the spinach in a microwave and squeeze out excess water. To get rid of the remaining liquid, put on the kitchen towel and squeeze. Spread lumps of spinach with your fingertips and pour into a small dish. Place the chopped boiled pork in a bowl and serve with serving fork. Wring out crab meat liquid and put the pieces on a dish with a fork for seafood.
- Make the bacon and mushroom toppings: preheat a small frying pan over medium heat. Add butter, bacon and passer 3 minutes. Sprinkle chopped shallots and slices mushrooms. Salt and season the contents of the pan with pepper. Strain for about 5 minutes until the mushrooms soften. Shift ready-made filling in a serving bowl.
- To make a sweet filling, strain the cherries over stewpan. Add the orange zest and cinnamon to the resulting juice. Bring the mixture to a boil over moderate heat. Connect corn starch with water and mix in hot juice. Take out the cinnamon stick. When the sauce thickens, add cherries, amaretto or kirschwasser, stir and keep the sauce on very low heat, not allowing to cool. Before serving dessert, put the resulting filling on pancakes, wrap and drizzle with melted butter. Sprinkle sugar pancakes powder – the dish is ready.
