Photo Pancake dough with milk Time: 1 hour. In recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) Butter, melt
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp. milk
  • 1 tbsp. premium flour
  • 2 tbsp. l Grand Marnier or Cointreau Orange Liqueur
  • Cooking spray

Recipe preparation:

  1. Using a blender, beat eggs, milk and flour at a low speed. Add the orange liquor. After the dough is good mix, it will sit well on the back of a spoon, put relax in the refrigerator, covering with a film, at least 1 h
  2. Remove the dough and stir from the bottom. If you want to get porous pancakes, add more milk.
  3. Using at least two 20 cm pans without odors, start frying pancakes. Drizzle with oil and heat frying pans on medium heat. Pour a thin layer of dough and wait 10-30 seconds. how only the crepes grip slightly, let them slide from the pan onto a plate laid with a paper towel. Shake the dough again, and bake all the pancakes.
