- 1 ready pound cupcake
- 1/3 Art. orange liquor (better Cointreau)
- 1 orange or clementine
- 1 tbsp. fat cream
- 300 gr blackberry

Recipe preparation:
- Cut the cupcake into slices and lay them on a plate or wide, shallow dish. Pour orange liquor. Rub the zest orange or clementines in a bowl. Squeeze juice from an orange or clementines on a cupcake poured with liquor.
- In a small bowl, whip the cream until it thickens and become soft, then beautifully lay them on the soaked, if not say raw, muffin. Put blueberries on whipped cream, then sprinkle with the remaining zest and serve.
