 AT ремя: 40 min  Вrecipes use measured containers with a volume of: 1 glass (tbsp.) – 240 ml  3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml.  1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml.  1/3 cups (st.) – 80 ml.  1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml.  1 tablespoon (tbsp. l.) – 15 ml.  1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml. 
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 large heads of red onions (total about 700 gr.)
 - 1.5 tsp unsalted butter
 - 2 lemons, remove the zest and squeeze the juice
 - 1/4 tsp chopped ginger
 - 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
 - 1/4 tsp ground coriander

Recipe preparation:
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onions, lemon zest, ginger and 1/2 tsp. salt and fry until until the onion begins to become translucent, about 5 мин.
 - Add coriander, 1/4 tbsp. brown sugar and half lemon juice and turn down the heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until the liquid will not evaporate for about 15 minutes. Add 1/3 Art. water every 10 minutes and continue cooking until onion golden brown, about 55 min.
 - Stir with the remaining 1/4 tbsp. brown sugar and lemon juice and cook until brown sugar melts, 3-5 more minutes Season the onion to taste. Exit: 2 Art.
