- 450 gr thin slices of lightly roasted beef roast, chopped straws
- 1 tbsp. any barbecue sauce
- 1 tbsp. grated hot cheddar
- Tortilla chips
- 1 tbsp. deep fried onions
- 0.5 tbsp. pickled pimiento peppers, thinly sliced
Honey horseradish cream
- 0.5 tbsp. sour cream
- 2 tbsp. l horseradish
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 0.5 tsp coarse salt

Recipe preparation:
