  • 225 gr. melted butter
  • 4 l coffee ice cream (quantity depends on size bowls)
  • 2 tbsp. chocolate glaze fudge
  • Whipped cream, chocolate sauce and nuts, for decoration

Recipe preparation:

  1. Melt the butter. Grind the cookie crumbs into food processor. Add butter to the crumbs to the resulting mixture could be formed. Put the dough in a very a large cake mold, laying out a slide in the center, and form base, spreading the dough to the edges. Freeze the base for a few hours. Put the ice cream in a bowl of the same diameter, like the cake tin. Freeze the ice cream in a bowl for several hours. Turn the ice cream over onto the base and remove it from the bowl. Pour the cake on top with fondant. Cover with cling film and again freeze. Slice and serve. Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate sauce and nuts.
