- Pass the garlic through a garlic squeezer. Mix for the sauce garlic, coriander, olive oil, cumin, lemon juice. Spice up.
- Pour raisins with warm water and leave for 10 minutes.
- Cut red onion into thin rings. Grate carrots on coarse grater. Grind parsley.
- Drain the raisins and mix with carrots, onions and parsley.
- Cut feta cheese into small cubes and attach to carrots. Mix.
