  1. Pass the garlic through a garlic squeezer. Mix for the sauce garlic, coriander, olive oil, cumin, lemon juice. Spice up.
  2. Pour raisins with warm water and leave for 10 minutes.
  3. Cut red onion into thin rings. Grate carrots on coarse grater. Grind parsley.
  4. Drain the raisins and mix with carrots, onions and parsley.
  5. Cut feta cheese into small cubes and attach to carrots. Mix.
  6. Pour the salad into the prepared sauce, mix well and give infuse for 5 minutes.
