- Grate peeled ginger and garlic.
- Chop the onion.
- Cut the sweet potato into small cubes. Sauté ginger in a pan with garlic – one minute.
- Add onion and sweet potato to the pan. Fry for 5 minutes on average stirring gently. Sprinkle with spices.
- Add peanut butter to the pan.
- Put tomato paste to the mixture, carefully everything mix.
- Pour the vegetable broth into the pan.
- Wash the collard, remove the membranes, cut the leaves.
- Put the leaves in a saucepan and cook your soup over low heat. until full sweetness.
- Before serving, supplement the dish with a handful of peanuts and fresh leaves parsley.
