  1. Grate peeled ginger and garlic.
  2. Chop the onion.
  3. Cut the sweet potato into small cubes. Sauté ginger in a pan with garlic – one minute.
  4. Add onion and sweet potato to the pan. Fry for 5 minutes on average stirring gently. Sprinkle with spices.
  5. Add peanut butter to the pan.
  6. Put tomato paste to the mixture, carefully everything mix.
  7. Pour the vegetable broth into the pan.
  8. Wash the collard, remove the membranes, cut the leaves.
  9. Put the leaves in a saucepan and cook your soup over low heat. until full sweetness.
  10. Before serving, supplement the dish with a handful of peanuts and fresh leaves parsley.
