Cupcakes
- 110 gr. butter at room temperature
- 2/3 Art. and 2 tbsp. l condensed milk
- 1/4 Art. Sahara
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp. premium flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp soda
- 1/4 Art. and 2 tbsp. l whole milk
- 2 tbsp. l chocolate chips
Glaze
- 170 gr chopped milk chocolate
- 170 gr unsalted butter at room temperature
- 1/4 Art. condensed milk and more for the top
- A pinch of salt
- 3/4 Art. powdered sugar
- Chocolate chips for decoration

Recipe preparation:
- Making cupcakes: Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Place the paper tartlets in the cupcake baking dish (12 pieces). Using a food processor, whisk the butter, 2/3 Art. condensed milk, sugar, egg, vanilla and salt. Whisk about 2 minutes, until the mixture becomes homogeneous and slightly lush. Add flour, baking powder, soda and beat until shortly before full mixing. Top up 1/4 tbsp. milk before receiving homogeneous mass.
- Divide the dough into 12 servings and fill each recess forms about 3/4 of the height. Sprinkle with chocolate chips on top. Bake until the tops of the cupcakes are golden and resilient with light pressure (20-25 min.). Give the muffins 5 min. cool in form, then lay them on a wire rack installed in the pan. Mix the remaining 2 tbsp. l condensed milk and whole milk. Brush the mixture evenly over the warm muffins. Leave until completely cooled.
- Glaze preparation: put milk chocolate in a bowl in the microwave, warm up in 30 second intervals, stirring until you get a homogeneous mass. Allow to cool. Mix butter, melted chocolate, 1/4 tbsp. condensed milk and salt in a food processor until smooth. Add sugar and beat for another 1 min. Pour the mixture into a bowl and give cool, but so that it can still be smeared (about 20 minutes). Spread the frosting evenly on the muffins, leaving a little space in the center. Pour 1/2 tsp. condensed milk and decorate cupcakes with cookies.
