- 225 gr. almond paste
- 1 and 3/4 Art. powdered sugar
- 4 tbsp. l corn syrup
- Food coloring

Recipe preparation:
- Put the almond paste in the bowl of the electric mixer and beat so that it is a little apart. Add about 1 cup icing sugar and beat until the ingredients are mixed. Add the remaining sugar and beat until fully mixed. At this stage the mixture will look like large bread crumbs. Add corn syrup and mix well. The mixture will still be strong crumble.
- Put the mixture on a clean work surface and knead until the formation of a smooth “test”. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more powdered sugar.
