Marzipan (almond mastic)

This almond paste can be used as a base for cookies or for flavoring butter creams. It can be mixed with butter and use as a filling for cookies or cakes.   • 1.5 tbsp. sifted icing sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp almond extract

Recipe preparation:

  1. Grind very well in the bowl of your food processor almond. Do this in small batches if necessary. Вbeat the egg white with a large bowl with a fork until it becomes more liquid. Then add the almond extract, almonds and sugar.
  2. Hands (if you find it easier), mix the ingredients until getting a thick paste. Put the almond paste in a sealed container and refrigerate before use. Exit: 450 gr
