This recipe combines two incredibly popular desserts – pops and shit. Cake pops is a sweet treat from the USA, which is a sponge ball in glaze strung on a stick, and smorie is something like a sandwich cookie from Graham crackers, with chocolate and marshmallow toasted at the stake. - 18 large marshmallows, plus some more
- 3 sheets of Graham crackers
- 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter
- 110 gr. dark chocolate 60% cocoa
- Special equipment: 18 sticks for candy or wooden ice cream sticks

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven grill. Line the baking sheet with sides aluminum foil. Put the long side of the marshmallows on the foil up (do not stack them vertically). Place in the grill oven and bake until the marshmallows are golden brown and toasted, 10-15 seconds. Let them cool completely on the sheet. Marshmallows will again become dense in the middle so you can stick they have sticks.
- While the marshmallows cool, pack Graham crackers in a bag with clasp and close it. Crush crackers with a mallet for meat, rolling pin or jar, so that we get small crumbs with a small amount of small pieces.
- In a small frying pan, heat the butter on medium the fire. Add crumbs to it and mix until they are roast and become a few shades darker, 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat, put on a plate and let cool completely.
- When the marshmallows have cooled, string them on sticks.
- Finely chop the chocolate and put one quarter of it separately. Put the rest in a heat-resistant bowl and place it over the pan, 5 cm. filled with slightly boiling water, make sure the bottom of the bowl does not apply to water. Heat the chocolate until it is completely will melt. Remove from heat and stir in the rest of the chocolate, mix until completely melted. This technique allows harden chocolate without the formation of gray streaks, called graying on your cake pops.
- Sprinkle molten marshmallows on sticks chocolate and sprinkle with crumbs. Insert the sticks in between bars, so that they stand straight until chocolate hardens. Repeat with the remaining marshmallows, chocolate and crumbs.
- Fill a few tall glasses of marshmallows and place in them ready pops, stick down and serve in this form.
