  • 3 tbsp. l melted salted butter
  • 0.5 tsp almond extract
  • Cinnamon sugar

Maple glaze

  • 3 tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp maple extract
  • 0.5 tbsp. milk

Recipe preparation:

  1. Heat vegetable oil to 190 ° C in large roasting pan.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl with a whisk.
  3. In another large bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth, egg yolk, yogurt, pumpkin puree, melted creamy oil and almond extract. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon. The dough should get very viscous.
