Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 8 whole chicken thighs with skin
  • 450 gr egg noodles
  • 0.5 tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 Art. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) Butter
  • 2 green and 2 red bell peppers, core and cut into slices
  • 1 medium onion, cut into half rings
  • 5 cloves of garlic, diced
  • 350 gr mushrooms, cut into slices
  • 0.5 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • Crushed flakes of red pepper to taste (you can not add)
  • 3/4 Art. dry white wine
  • 800 gr. jar of tomatoes in own juice, chopped cubes
  • Chopped parsley, for sprinkling
  • Grated Parmesan, for sprinkling

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C. Salt, pepper the chicken on both parties. Roll chicken in flour. Over medium-high high heat heat a olive pan and a cast iron butter.   4. Meanwhile, boil the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Do not digest! Strain and set aside. Lay chicken along with vegetables on a plate. Return the pan to the stove with moderately high fire. Let the sauce boil, it takes about a couple min. Place the noodles in a large dish or in a deep bowl.
