- 1 lamb stomach
- 1 mutton liver
- 1 lamb heart

- 3 medium sized chopped onions
- 225 gr. roasted dry oatmeal
- 1 tsp coarse salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp dried ground rosemary
- 1 tsp dried ground thyme
- 1 tsp grated nutmeg
- 1 tsp sage

Recipe preparation:
- Rinse your stomach thoroughly and soak it overnight in a cold salted water.
- Wash your liver, heart, and tongue. In a large pot of boiling salted water, boil these parts over medium heat for 2 hours. Remove and chop. Remove connective tissue or skin and throw it away.
- In a large bowl, mix the chopped liver, heart, tongue, renal fat, onions and fried oatmeal. Salt and pepper, add dried rosemary, thyme, nutmeg and sage.
