Homemade White Chocolate Liqueur

Recipes use volumetric containers volume: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cups (st.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (Art.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

  • 110 gr. white chocolate
  • 1/4 Art. cream
  • 1/3 Art. milk
  • 2 tbsp. l Sahara
  • 2 tsp bourbon vanilla
  • 1 tbsp. vodka

Recipe preparation:

  1. Place white chocolate, cream, milk, sugar and vanilla. Heat slowly, stirring to melt chocolate.
  2. When the chocolate has completely melted, remove the stewpan from the heat. Allow to cool to room temperature.
  3. Stir with vodka and place in a resealable container. Allow the liquor to infuse before use for 12-24 hours. (preferably in the refrigerator). Put liquor in a bottle or (by if desired) strain through a double layer of gauze or a bag for peanut milk. (Squeeze gauze lightly to help the liquor leak out.) Drink pure chocolate liquor in its pure form or adding to cocktails. Enjoy it!
