Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1.5 tbsp. premium flour
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 tbsp. ice water

Recipe preparation:
- Put the margarine with flour and salt in a medium bowl, and start chopping with a knife. Add 1 tsp. ice water until you get loose dough. Roll out the dough in such a way so that the base fits in a baking dish with a diameter of 23 cm. Place in refrigerator if necessary.
