Among the total number of snacks, our cheese paste will not look as good as with cheddar cheese. Its addition improves the external look, because what is incomparable in taste should also look like.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 450 gr 3 cm cheddar cheese cubes
- 115 gr. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 tbsp. champagne
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ground red pepper
- 1/2 tbsp. crushed roasted pecans

Recipe preparation:
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor. Whisk until homogeneity. Place in a freezer to harden, approximately 30 min. At the end of time, roll into a ball, and roll in nuts. Transfer to a serving dish, cover with cling film.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow aromas mixed up. Allow to stand at room temperature before serving, so that the aromas are released. Take the cheeseball to the New Year’s table along with vegetables, crackers or toasts laid on the side.
