Recipe preparation:
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix 2 tbsp. water and corn starch. Pour coconut milk into a medium-sized pot add sugar and add remaining water. Bring to a boil on high heat. Pour in boiled coconut milk diluted corn starch and cook until thickened, whisking with a whisk. When the mixture becomes uniform and thick, pour it onto a clean baking sheet. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate. Cut into 2.5 cm squares and serve on trays laid out cordilina leaves.
