  • 2 packs of 220 gr. cream cheese cream room temperature
  • 425 gr. pumpkin puree
  • 1.5 tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 0.5 tbsp. sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. l vanilla extract
  • A pinch of fine salt
  • 0.5 tbsp. vanilla glaze
  • Green gel food coloring
  • 30 gr square dark chocolate
  • Special equipment: baking dish size 25 x 37 cm. (4.5 l.), detachable mold with a diameter of 22 cm., confectionery bag with a small round nozzle

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Cover the baking dish measuring 25 x 37 cm. (4.5 l.) foil so that 5 cm. of foil hanging from at least two opposite sides of the form. Sprinkle foil cooking spray.
  2. Brownie: In a medium-sized bowl, whisk the flour, cocoa powder and salt. In a medium saucepan over medium heat melt, often stirring, butter and chocolate until homogeneous mass. Cool a little, about 10 minutes. Stir in the sugar and then the eggs. Add flour mixture in two passes and mix.
  3. Pour the dough into the prepared form and bake until a toothpick will not come out of the cake with a few crumbs, 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle brownies evenly with dark chocolate granules.   8. Insert brownie eyes, nose, and mouth into the cheesecake so that they the surface is level with the surface of the cheesecake. Put in refrigerator to make the cheesecake completely freeze for at least 4 hours or for the night.
  9. Pumpkin stalk and mustache: mix in a small bowl glaze with green food coloring so that it becomes color foliage of pumpkin (1-2 drops).
