- 3 hard but ripe peaches, remove seeds and cut into 4 parts
- 2 tbsp. l Sahara
- 2 tbsp. l cognac
- 1 tbsp. l lemon juice
- 0.5 tbsp. mascarpone cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 Art. dry white wine

Recipe preparation:
- Place the grill pan on a moderate high heat or Preheat barbecue grill. Grease a pan or grill a little oil. Put peaches in a skillet and do not move them, otherwise, good strips from grilling.
