  1. Prepare the grill for direct and indirect heat: for gas grill (with 3 or more burners) turn on all burners on moderately high fever; 15 minutes later turn off the side burners and reduce remaining to medium heat. For charcoal grills, light coal briquettes in the starter and when they are ready, shift to the side of the grill boiler. On the other hand, install a pallet to drain oil to avoid inflammation from fat.

Cover the pineapple with the other cheese half (lay it downside down). Start slicing prosciutto ham slices on a work surface on top of each other so that the slices cross in the center, and overlapping each other like wheel spokes. Put the cheese with pineapple in center of ham and completely wrap cheese in it, slice for a slice.
  3. Fry over direct heat until golden crisp, about 3 minutes is enough. Turn over with a spatula and fry in for 3 minutes on the other hand. Move to indirect heat and cover the grill. Cook until the cheese has completely warmed up and starts to melt, about 5-8 minutes, depending on the type of grill. Serve immediately with bread and crackers.
