Grape jam with walnuts

Difficulty: easy Amount: 2 (250 ml.) jars The recipes use volumetric containers with a volume of: one cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (st.) – 120 ml 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 700 gr seedless green grapes
  • 3/4 Art. Sahara
  • 4 wide stripes of orange zest
  • 1/4 Art. raisins
  • 2 tbsp. l lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp coarse salt
  • 1/4 Art. chopped walnuts

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix grapes, sugar, orange zest, raisins in a saucepan, lemon juice and salt. Put the pot on the stove and cook when medium temperature, constantly mixing and kneading grapes with a wooden spoon, for 20 to 25 minutes, until the mixture is hold on a spoon. Stir in the walnuts.
  2. Fill the sterilized jars with jam, leaving 12 mm on top. free space. Then close the jars with lids and put in pot of boiling water for 15 minutes.
