  • Ricotta cheese – 60 grams
  • A tablespoon of flour
  • Grated lemon peel
  • Grapes “Shasla”
  • Grapes “Muscat”
  • Refractory glasses – 4 pieces

Recipe preparation:

  4. Then you need to combine the yolks and squirrels and add to them cottage cheese, sour cream, ricotta, flour, lemon zest.
  5. The oven must be heated to 160 degrees.
  6. Glasses need to be filled with the resulting mixture and put them on half an hour in the oven. Allow to cool in the oven.
