  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 2 tbsp. premium wheat flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 and 1/4 Art. sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 rectangular aluminum foil or cake pan approximately 33x23x5 cm.

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C. Make cake pan with aluminum foil and grease it (or grease your aluminum form). Put butter, syrup, beer, ginger in the pan, cinnamon, ground cloves and melt on low heat. Turn off fire and introduce flour and baking soda. Keep patience and mix thoroughly so that no lumps remain.
  2. In a measuring bowl, mix sour cream and eggs, then enter in ginger mixture, whisking again until a homogeneous dough is obtained. Pour the dough in a cake pan and bake for about 45 minutes.
