Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 large potato tuber for baking (approximately 225 gr.)
- 1/2 medium-sized onion heads (approximately 110 gr.)
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. l chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp. l wheat flour
- 1 tbsp. l breadcrumbs
- 1/4 tsp dry thyme
- 1 lemon juice
- Salt and ground black pepper
- Frying oil
- 1/3 Art. apple sauce

Recipe preparation:
- In a food processor or grater, grate potatoes and onions coarsely in a bowl. Use your hands to squeeze out the excess liquid and put it dry potato-onion mixture in a bowl. Add the egg, parsley, flour, breadcrumbs, thyme, lemon juice and seasonings. Good mix.
