Ingredients for the recipe:

For shrimp:

  • 900 gr. (12 to 15 pcs.) shrimp
  • 1 tbsp. l good olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

For the sauce:

  • 1/2 tbsp. chili sauce (Heinz recommended)
  • 1/2 tbsp. ketchup
  • 3 tbsp. l table horseradish
  • 2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp hot sauce (Tabasco recommended)

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Peel the shrimp, leaving tails. Put them in one layer on a baking sheet and mix them with olive oil, salt and pepper. Fry the shrimp for 8 to 10 minutes to color change. Allow to cool.
  2. For the sauce, mix chili sauce, ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and spicy sauce. Serve dipping sauce shrimp.
