Flank steak is an inexpensive cut of beef flank. He is much tougher than traditional types of steaks, but has a very rich tasteful. When cooked properly, a flank steak is obtained quite juicy and tender. Firstly, it needs to be preliminarily marinate for at least 3 hours. The marinade will do just fine here based on tequila, lime juice and soy sauce with spices. Such marinade significantly softens the meat and gives it an extraordinary taste. Secondly, so that the flank of the steak does not turn out hard, it does not fry until fully cooked, usually just medium enough degree of frying. And thirdly, so you do not have to chew for a long time a piece of beef and it literally melted in your mouth, chop the prepared meat across the fibers. Thin the flank of the grilled steak, thin slices and serve it in the form of filling Mexican tacos with vegetables, herbs and cheese on corn tortillas. - 1 tbsp. coarsely chopped garlic (about 3 heads)

- 1/4 Art. soy sauce

- 1 serrano pod, peeled and chopped cubes
- 1 tsp ground zira
- 1 tbsp. l crushed black pepper
- 0.7-1 kg. steak flank
- 12 foil corn tortillas
For filing
- 0.5 tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 1 bunch of radish, wash, cut ends, thin radish chop
- 1/3 Art. grated cheese keso fresco
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and thinly sliced
- 3 ripe sliced tomatoes
- Hot sauce

Recipe preparation:
- In a plastic bag with a volume of 4 liters. mix garlic with ziplock, lime juice, tequila, soy sauce, cilantro, pepper, zira and black pepper. - Put the steak on the grill. Fry for 4 minutes, rotate 90 ° and fry for another 3 minutes (to create grill marks in the form of a grid). Turn to the other side and fry 3-5 minutes, depending on the desired degree of frying. Remove the meat from the grill, shift on a cutting board and let rest, slightly covering, in within 5 minutes.
- Slice the beef against the fibers and serve immediately with marinade, side dishes, tortilla and spicy sauce.
