- In the pan we pour water, put the lentils in it, finely chopped onions, diced potatoes and garlic (we don’t cut it, but put it with whole cloves).
- Close the pan with a lid and bring the liquid to a boil.
- Having slightly reduced the fire, cook the soup for 15-20 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and leave the soup on the stove.
- Cumin, salt and pepper, keep turmeric in a pan for about 1 minutes. Add everything to the soup.
- Add finely chopped cilantro lemon juice.
- Let our delicious soup stand for 5 minutes.
