  1. In the pan we pour water, put the lentils in it, finely chopped onions, diced potatoes and garlic (we don’t cut it, but put it with whole cloves).
  2. Close the pan with a lid and bring the liquid to a boil.
  3. Having slightly reduced the fire, cook the soup for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Turn off the heat and leave the soup on the stove.
  5. Cumin, salt and pepper, keep turmeric in a pan for about 1 minutes. Add everything to the soup.
  6. Add finely chopped cilantro lemon juice.
  7. Let our delicious soup stand for 5 minutes.
