Boil 450 gr. egg noodles as indicated on packaging. Cast separately 1 tbsp. cooking liquid; drain the rest of the water and return the noodles to the pan. Add 4 tbsp. l (60 gr.) butter, 2/3 Art. cream-fresh, 2 tbsp. l chopped chives, 2 tsp. poppy, 3/4 tsp nutmeg and 0.5 tbsp. l liquids from under noodles.
